We do not offer a self-service AI creation platform. Instead, each solution is professionally developed, configured, and deployed by our team and trusted GDPR-compliant technology partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging with Sun Societies for services, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms
Are authorized to represent your company or organization

Sun Societies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with updates posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sun Societies provides AI-powered receptionist solutions that :

Schedule and confirm appointments
Handle frequently asked questions
Operate 24/7 on behalf of your business
Each AI receptionist is custom-built for the client’s brand and business processes.
The specific terms of delivery, pricing, and performance are governed by the Service Agreement or Proposal signed between Sun Societies and the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete business information required to develop and configure their AI receptionist
Ensuring that all information and data provided to Sun Societies is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of third parties
Complying with any applicable privacy and communication regulations in their region or industry
Clients must not use Sun Societies’ Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Sun Societies respects and protects the confidentiality of all client data.
We collect only essential business information required to deliver our Services (see our Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance).
Any third-party partners involved in building or maintaining your AI solution are fully GDPR-compliant and bound by confidentiality agreements.
We never sell, trade, or disclose client data for marketing purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, designs, algorithms, code, and documentation developed by Sun Societies remain the exclusive property of Sun Societies unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use their delivered AI receptionist solely for their internal business purposes.
No part of our Services, branding, or content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Sun Societies.
7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Our AI solutions may integrate with external systems (e.g., phone systems, CRMs, scheduling platforms).
While Sun Societies ensures the compatibility and security of these integrations, we are not responsible for the performance or data handling practices of third-party providers.
All third parties we collaborate with are carefully vetted and GDPR-compliant.
8. Payment and Billing
All pricing, payment terms, and billing schedules are outlined in the individual Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
Late payments may incur reasonable administrative fees
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
Services may be paused or terminated in the event of non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Societies shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Business interruptions, data loss, or communication errors arising from third-party systems
Losses resulting from client misuse or misconfiguration of the Services
Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services in question.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
While Sun Societies strives for exceptional reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that our Services will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability for a particular business purpose beyond what is expressly stated in the client agreement.
11. Termination
Sun Societies reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately if:
A client breaches these Terms
Payment obligations are not fulfilled
The Service is used unlawfully or in a manner that harms Sun Societies’ reputation
Upon termination, all client access to proprietary systems and data integrations may be disabled, except as otherwise required by law or contract.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
